Max is here!
Maximus J Barainca has arrived. I am so happy that mom and baby are both healthy and happy and doing well. Shalene had a marathon delivery almost 20-some hours and I was there for most of it. I almost missed the birth because I had to work, but I got a sub here and there and raced back and forth and I made it. I got to witness the most incredible miracle. Baby Max is so precious and so cute I want to steal him. Obviously I will be his favorite Aunt so I don't need to. Well I'm sure Shalene will post all about it when she gets some sleep and feels not so exhausted. She was a warrior and a champ! Enjoy a few pictures!

Hooray, so exciting!! I was actually going to text you or her today or I guess yesterday now, and ask but I figured I would just wait for the news. So precious, how much did he weigh?
He is definitely Jim's son!! He's so cute and blond! Post more pics, okay??
He was 8.something, I forget, but he's a good sized baby.
Whoo hoo! I've been checking your blog the last 2 days waiting for pics! :) sounds like Shalene did awesome! That was a super long labor! What a trooper! I'm sure she's glad to have little Max in her arms!
